Team Manager Responsibilities
- Make sure everyone has a ride to the tournament and a place to stay.
- Help coordinate hotel accommodations.
- Coordinate food for tournaments and team dinners.
- Help with distribution of schedules and gym directions.
- Must have e-mail capabilities so club director can communicate with you.
- Keep coach informed on general information of the team and parents.
- Organize purchasing of wristbands and parking passes for big tournaments.
- Must attend parent meetings with directors or send a representative from your team in your place. Meeting dates and times will be released shortly.
- Responsible for the recording or organizing the recording of all tournament matches by a team volunteer. Recorded matches will be uploaded to Balltime.
