Team Manager Responsibilities

  1. Make sure everyone has a ride to the tournament and a place to stay.
  2. Help coordinate hotel accommodations.
  3. Coordinate food for tournaments and team dinners.
  4. Help with distribution of schedules and gym directions.
  5. Must have e-mail capabilities so club director can communicate with you.
  6. Keep coach informed on general information of the team and parents.
  7. Organize purchasing of wristbands and parking passes for big tournaments.
  8. Must attend parent meetings with directors or send a representative from your team in your place.  Meeting dates and times will be released shortly.
  9. Responsible for the recording or organizing the recording of all tournament matches by a team volunteer. Recorded matches will be uploaded to Balltime.
